The Krug Brunch

Our first Champagne brunch, created in collaboration with globally-renowned Champagne house, Krug.
Each year Krug selects a focus ingredient to pair with its Champagnes, and for 2018 the emphasis is on fish. Inspired by this unique pairing, our Chef Director, Bjoern Weissgerber, has created a selection of new dishes, focussing on fish that is perfectly complemented by Krug Champagne.
Each week our resident DJs will take to the decks, while guests sip Krug and enjoy dishes from the new menu, including a Steamed bun with smoked salmon & caviar, oyster and chilli, and a sweet shrimp tiradito. The Sexy Fish x Krug Brunch will be the ultimate brunch party, every Sunday from midday to 4pm. The menu is priced at £125 per person for a minimum of two guests, including the full menu and half a bottle of Krug per person.
